1. Shipping methods
Generally our goods are ship by EMS, DHL, UPS, FEDEX and TNT. You can choose the shipping method according to your situation. We pack items and ship them in 24 hours after the payments clear and offer tracking numbers in 48 hours.

2. Shipping fee:
The shipping rates can be previewed inside the Victoria’s box online shop system. On the products checkout page, you just need to click on the "Estimate Shipping", and then choose the country you want to ship to, Shipping fee will be estimated by system automatically. If your country is not included, you can contact us and we will arrange it for you.

3. Shipping time
Generally the delivery time is 7 to 14 business days to worldwide. It might take longer possibility because of the sorting centre, custom, post office, or some other matters else. We do not have any control over the customs department of your country. Seller is not responsible if your local customs holds the package thus delaying delivery times! Buyer is responsible to know duties rates and custom restrictions for their country. Please know that we will do everything we can to avoid additional customs duties for you.
